Liquidation balance and distribution plan

At the beginning of the liquidation process, the opening balance sheet is submitted to the e-Business Register. Then, not earlier than 4 months after the liquidation notification is published on the state portal (https://www.ametlikudteadaanded.ee/), the final balance sheet and assets distribution plan are submitted to the e-Business Register.
