Annual report, small enterprise

preparation of an annual report consisting of a balance sheet, income statement, and relevant notes in accordance with the Estonian Financial Reporting Standards for a small enterprise. A small enterprise is an Estonian company that is not a micro undertaking and only one of whose indicators may exceed the following conditions on the balance sheet date:

• Total assets of 4,000,000 EUR, or
• Sales revenue of 8,000,000 EUR, or
• Average number of employees of 50 persons during an accounting year.
• English and Estonian versions of the report
• assistance to the management board members in filing of the report with the e-Business Register

• in case the company has not ordered monthly accounting service, the cost of transactions booking is added at applicable rates
• preparation of management report
• filing of annual report on behalf of the management board
• filing of an annual report via an Estonian notary

Typically up to 1 month from receiving the payment and all necessary documents, depending on the existing workload. The deadline for submission of the report to the e-Business Register is 6 months after the end of the company’s financial year.
