Included in the minimum monthly fee of 120 EUR:
- tax accounting and filing tax returns
- accounting of loans and interest calculations
- fixed assets accounting
- preparation of balance sheet and income statement upon request
- preparation and processing of payroll reports
- 30 minutes of additional accounting consultation (including availability for answering questions via email and messengers)
Total cost of the monthly accounting service depends on the number of transactions. Each accounting source document generates one transaction. Examples of accounting source documents are: entry in a bank statement, invoice, sales invoice, purchase order, etc.
A fee of 2.7 EUR per transaction is applied. In case of transactions with securities a fee of 5 EUR per transaction is applied.
- Example: monthly service fee in case of 20 transactions per month:
120 + 20 * 2,7 = 174 EUR
a) registration and removal of the 1 employee in the employment registry;
b) calculation of wages, vacation pay, sick leave for the 1 employee;
c) preparation of one TSD for all employees (in the tax department).
