Contact person service

Licensed contact person service for your Estonian company. If you manage your company from abroad in order to comply with Estonian law you need to appoint a licensed contact person. Magrat is authorized to provide this service. The contact person can be named for a period of no more than 5 years with an option for prolongation.

Preparation of the contact person contract with Magrat takes up to 2 business days. The details will be entered in the Registry data within 5 business days from the submission of the application for appointing Magrat as a contact person.
