Preparation of management reports in Estonian and English languages as part of your company’s annual report. According to Estonian law, the management report must include:
- description of the company’s main activities, groups of products and services;
- list of the most important investments made during the fiscal year and planned in the nearest future;
- significant research and development (R&D) projects and related expenses in the reporting and subsequent years;
- significant events that are not reflected in the financial statements, but which may affect the results of the next financial years.
