preparation of an annual report consisting of a balance sheet, income statement, and relevant notes in accordance with the Estonian Financial Reporting Standards for a micro enterprise. A micro enterprise is an Estonian company that meets all requirements listed below during an accounting year:

  • Total assets up to 175,000 EUR;
  • Liabilities not exceeding the owners’ equity;
  • 1 shareholder who is also a management board member;
  • Sales revenue up to 50,000 EUR.
  • English and Estonian versions of the report
  • assistance to the management board members in filing of the report with the e-Business Register

Typically up to 1 month from receiving the payment and all necessary documents, depending on the existing workload. The deadline for submission of the report to the e-Business Register is 6 months after the end of the company’s financial year.
