preparation of an annual report consisting of a balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and relevant notes in accordance with the Estonian Financial Reporting Standards for a medium-sized enterprise. A medium-sized enterprise is an Estonian company that is neither a micro nor a small enterprise and only one of whose indicators may exceed the following conditions on the balance sheet date:

  • Total assets of 20,000,000 EUR, or
  • Sales revenue of 40,000,000 EUR, or
  • Average number of employees of 250 persons during an accounting year.
  • English and Estonian versions of the report
  • assistance to the management board members in filing of the report with the e-Business Register

Typically up to 1 month from receiving the payment and all necessary documents, depending on the existing workload. The deadline for submitting a report to the e-Business Register is 6 months after the end of the company’s financial year.
