Description

This service provides your company with a genuine, physical presence in Estonia — not just a mailing address. Located in a professional office environment in the heart of Tallinn, it offers flexible access to a fully equipped desk, legal address, and official documentation to support your business operations and communication with authorities.

This service is ideal for:

  • e-Residents and foreign founders seeking a physical base in Estonia
  • Companies needing proof of local presence for banking or tax compliance reasons
  • Digital nomads or remote entrepreneurs who occasionally work in Estonia

Unlike a virtual office, this offering gives you access to a genuine working environment — with everything you need to focus on your business when you’re in town.

Included in the package:

  • Fully equipped hot desk. Modern shared workspace with desk, chair, power supply, and fast Wi-Fi.
  • Mail handling and reception. Incoming mail and packages are accepted at the reception desk during business hours.
  • Official legal address in Estonia. Register your company at our Tallinn office — fully compliant with Estonian Commercial Code requirements.
  • Lease agreement and utility bills. Proper documentation (rental contract and utility invoices) available for submission to banks and authorities.
  • Meeting room access. Use of small meeting rooms or a 10-person conference room (advance booking required).
  • Shared kitchen and amenities. Access to communal kitchen and drinking water facilities.
  • Cleaning and utilities. Regular office cleaning and all utility costs are included in the monthly fee.

Timing

Workspace access is typically granted immediately after signing the lease agreement — no waiting period, no setup delays.

Recent changes to the Estonian Commercial Code (in force since February 2023) emphasize that a company’s registered address should reflect its actual place of business, not just a virtual mailbox. Having a real office presence supports legal compliance and may also align with practical requirements from banks and regulatory authorities.
