Total cost of annual accounting service depends on the number of transactions. Each accounting source document generates one transaction. Examples of accounting source documents are entry in a bank statement, an invoice, a sales invoice, a purchase order, etc.

A fee of 4 EUR per transaction is applied. In the case of transactions with securities, a fee of 7 EUR per transaction is applied. Additional fee is charged for the preparation of annual reports.

Example: annual accounting service fee in case of 20 transactions (excl.securities) + annual report for a small enterprise: 4*20 + 270 = 350 EUR

• preparation of annual reports

Under annual accounting service, source documents are processed once a year, prior to the annual report preparation. Typically it takes up to 1 month from receiving payment and all necessary documents, depending on the existing workload.
