A large enterprise is an Estonian company with at least 2 of whose indicators exceed the following conditions on the balance sheet date:

  • Total assets of 20,000,000 EUR;
  • Sales revenue of 40,000,000 EUR;
  • Average number of employees of 250 persons during an accounting year.
  • English and Estonian versions of the report
  • assistance to the management board members in filing of the report with the e-Business Register
  • in case the company has not ordered monthly accounting service, the cost of transactions booking is added at applicable rates
  • preparation of management report
  • filing of annual report on behalf of the management board
  • filing of an annual report via an Estonian notary

Typically up to 1 month from receiving the payment and all necessary documents, depending on the existing workload. The deadline for submission of the report to the e-Business Register is 6 months after the end of the company’s financial year.
