This service allows you to register updates to your company’s key information in the Estonian Business Register — such as company address, contact information, share capital, or board structure — remotely using an e-residency card or Estonian ID card without amending the Articles of Association.
We manage the process end-to-end, from drafting to submission, ensuring full legal compliance and minimizing administrative hassle.
After registration, you’ll receive an updated PDF extract from the Estonian Business Register confirming the changes.
What’s Included:
- Appointment or removal of a board member (within limits stated in the Articles)
- Change of company contact details (email, phone)
- Change of legal address (without amending the Articles of Association)
- Share capital changes within the limits allowed by the Articles
- Drafting of shareholder and board resolutions
- Adding personal Estonian ID code to registry data
- Preparation of the application for submission
- Legal consultation on signing format and requirements
- Submission of the application digitally or by post
- Update of beneficial owner (UBO) data in the Commercial Register

Timing
- Draft documents: Ready within 3 business days after receiving full information from you
- Registry processing: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on digital or paper submission
- If certified translation is required, allow extra time for sworn translator services
- We confirm the full timeline once all documents and payment are received
- This service applies only to changes that do not require amendments to the Articles of Association.
