Description

Some corporate changes in Estonia go beyond routine updates and require a formal amendment of your company’s Articles of Association (also known as the company charter). These include adjustments to board composition, capital thresholds, decision-making rules, and more. Additionally, if you do not have an e-residency card, corporate changes may require the use of notarized documents.

Magrat will guide you through the entire process — from legal review and drafting to filing and registration with the Estonian Business Register. After successful registration, you’ll receive an updated official extract confirming the changes.

Simultaneously with these changes you can also make other changes that normally do not require changes in articles of association, such as updating contact information (email, phone) etc.
