  • Initial consultation — We explain the full procedure, your obligations, and prepare a personalised action plan.
  • Preparation of documents — We assist in gathering and filling in required forms and supporting materials.
  • Municipality support — We accompany you to the local municipal office to register your Estonian address and obtain your personal ID code.
  • Booking a PPA appointment — We monitor available slots and secure the earliest possible time (subject to availability).
  • Accompanying you to PPA — Our consultant can attend the appointment with you to ensure a stress-free experience.
  • Power of attorney support — We help draft a PoA if you want us to collect your ID card on your behalf.
  • Collection of residence card — If authorized, we collect the ID card for you; extended support is available at an hourly rate.

Timing

  • Document preparation: 3–5 business days after we receive full information.
  • Appointment scheduling: Depends on the PPA’s availability — we aim to secure the earliest option.
  • Card issuance: Up to 30 days (usually around 10 working days).
  • In-person visit: Required by law; we assist you before and during your visit.

What is Required

  • Eligible clients: Only EU, EEA, or Swiss nationals who reside or intend to reside in Estonia.
  • Personal presence: You must register in person; our team handles the rest.
  • Housing requirement: You need a rental contract or owner’s consent to register your place of residence. If necessary, we can offer you a suitable option.
