This service is designed for Estonian e-residents who want to establish a non-profit association (MTÜ) fully online and in compliance with local regulations.
We assist with all key steps of the formation process, including legal drafting, coordination with the Business Register, and real-time support via video call.

Timing
- Standard processing time: Registration takes approximately 5 business days from submission of the application to the Estonian e-Business Register.
- Document preparation: We typically schedule the video call and complete the preparation within a few business days after receiving all required inputs from you.
- This service is available only to holders of Estonian e-Residency, as the registration requires digital signature using the e-resident card.
- Your MTÜ must have at least 2 founders (natural persons), and one board member (can be the same person).
- The resulting non-profit can be used for charitable, cultural, educational, or social goals, and is eligible to apply for tax-deductible donation status later — see our related service “Entering into the EMTA Non-Profit Registry.”
- This package includes assistance for two founders and two board members. For each additional person, a €50 fee applies.
