You’ll receive step-by-step assistance from our specialists — from preparing the online application to supporting the first steps of your company’s activity.
Included in the package:
- e-Residency assistance — guidance on how to apply for e-Residency if you don’t have one yet
- Remote company formation — preparation and submission of the application to the Business Register via online session or through a pre-filled application prepared by our legal team.
- State fee — included in the package price
- Share capital contribution assistance (monetary) — guidance on timing and requirements
- Appointing a board member — assistance with including yourself or others as a company director
- Mandatory contact person setup — legal requirement fulfilled for companies managed from abroad

Timing
- Company registration: Within 24 hours after submitting the application to the Estonian e-Business Register
- Application process: 30–60 minutes during an online session with our specialist
- e-Residency card (if needed): We can help you apply — processing time is typically 3–8 weeks
To complete the process, you will need:
- A valid passport or national ID
- An active Estonian e-Residency card or Estonian ID card
- A card reader, knowledge of your PIN codes, and a computer with secure internet connection
