Complete support for short-term employment registration and D-visa application in Estonia for third-country nationals.
1 100€One-time fee

Description
This service is intended for third-country nationals planning to work in Estonia for up to one year and who already have a job offer from an Estonian employer.
We do not assist with finding an employer. The employee must secure a job offer independently before the process begins.
The process consists of two mandatory stages, which may be ordered together as a full package or separately:
- Short-Term Employment Registration (Lühiajalise töötamise kinnitus) — arranged for the employer with the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PPA).
This service can be ordered separately. The standalone service fee is €750. - D-Visa Application — preparation and submission support either in Estonia or at an Estonian embassy abroad.
This service can also be ordered separately. The standalone service fee is €500.
What’s Included
- Preliminary Case Assessment
Evaluation of your individual situation and the likelihood of a successful outcome. A non-refundable €200 prepayment is required at this stage. If the full service is confirmed, this amount is deducted from the total service price. - Document Preparation Consultation
Guidance on preparing all required documents, including:
- Employer’s document package for short-term employment registration
- Employee’s document package for the D-visa application
- Application Form Support
Assistance with completing all application forms accurately and in accordance with Estonian requirements. - Submission Assistance
- If applying in Estonia:
Accompaniment to the Police and Border Guard Board (PPA), monitoring appointment availability, and attempting to secure the earliest possible time slot. - If applying abroad:
Step-by-step guidance for submitting the application at an Estonian embassy or consulate.
- Support During Review
Assistance with responding to additional requests or inquiries from the PPA, if applicable.
Timing
- Short-Term Employment Registration (Lühiajalise töötamise kinnitus): up to 15 business days after submission
- D-Visa: usually up to 10 business days after submission
Based on our experience, the entire process, from the start of document preparation to visa issuance, typically takes about 2 months.
(Processing times may vary depending on the workload of Estonian authorities, appointment availability, and the completeness of the applicant’s documents.)
- This service is intended exclusively for applicants planning to work in Estonia.
- A confirmed job offer from an employer is required before starting the application process.
- Applicants working for their own company may apply; however, the approval probability is lower.
- The final decision is made solely by Estonian authorities.
- Our role is to ensure a complete, accurate, and well-prepared application. We cannot guarantee approval from Estonian authorities.
- Visa collection: Estonian authorities contact the applicant directly regarding visa issuance and collection.
