Timing
- According to Estonian law, the deadline for submission is 6 months after the company’s financial year-end
- Standard preparation time: up to 1 month after receiving payment and all required documents

For active companies we need all primary accounting documents for financial year including:
- Bank and payment system account statements
- Sales and supplier invoices, contracts, receipts, transportation documents
- Business trip documents, board/shareholder resolutions
- Other documentation as requested
For dormant companies:
- Bank statements (to confirm no activity)
All documents may be submitted electronically unless otherwise required.
