We manage the registration remotely and guide your representatives step-by-step through the preparation and submission of all required documents.

Timing
- KYC completion and identity verification: Once done, document drafts are prepared within 3 business days
- Company registration: Typically within 10 business days after we receive the original notarized and apostilled documents by courier or mail
- Timeline may vary depending on how quickly documents are collected, certified, and delivered
To proceed, you will need:
- Completed KYC forms for all directors and beneficial owners
- Valid passport or national ID for each involved individual
- A certified package of corporate documents (not older than 3 months), including:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Registry extract
- Articles of Association
- A Power of Attorney and Board Member Consent signed by the director(s) — notarized and apostilled in the country of the parent company
- Delivery of original documents to our Estonian office by courier or mail
