Price - €30/month base fee + €10/month for each employee
- Monthly Wage Calculation: Precise calculation of each employee’s gross and net pay, including all necessary tax withholdings and deductions.
- Vacation Pay, Sick Leave & Bonuses: Calculation and inclusion of vacation pay, sick leave compensation, and any bonuses or commissions if applicable for the pay period.
- Payroll Reports & Filing Tax Returns: Preparation of detailed payroll reports and submission of all required tax returns each month, ready for review.
- Filing with Estonian Authorities
Registration of each employee in the Employment Register (Töötajate register) as required by Estonian law when employment begins or ends.
- Employment Contract Template
Provision of a compliant employment contract template in English. The template outlines essential terms such as working hours, duties, salary, benefits, and termination conditions.
Timing
- Monthly Processing: Payroll is processed on a monthly cycle. Simply send us the required data (hours worked, changes, etc.) at the end of each month, and we will calculate wages promptly.
- On-Time Declarations: All payroll-related tax forms and reports are submitted in accordance with Estonian tax deadlines. We ensure filings (such as monthly tax declarations) are completed on time, every time, to keep your company in good standing.
- Employee Registration: Employees are registered or de-registered in the Töötajate register immediately upon hiring or termination, as required by law.
To provide this service, we will need the following information and documents from you:
- Company Name and Registry Code: Your company’s official name and registration number (registrikood) for filing purposes.
- Employment Contracts: Copies or details of the employment contract(s) for each employee to understand salary terms and benefits.
- Monthly Time Reports/Hours Worked: Each month’s work time reports or hours worked for every employee (for calculating salaries, overtime, and leave).
- Updates on Changes: Notification of any changes in salary, employee status, leave taken, or bonuses for the month so we can adjust the payroll accordingly.
