The cost of the remote company incorporation with a founder—legal person is 1,675 euros, including the state fee of 200 euros. The price does not include VAT, which can be applied.

In the case of the non-monetary contribution of the share capital not exceeding 2,500 euros:

  • preparation of the founders’ decision on the share capital contribution  
  • preparation of non-standard Articles of Association allowing for a non-monetary capital contribution 
  • preparation of the Contribution Agreement confirming that the contribution has been transferred to the company account and its value is equal to the value of the share 
  • representation of the Client before a notary 

In the case of a monetary contribution 

  • support in communication with a bank or payment system for obtaining a confirmation of the capital contribution  
  • representation of the Client before a notary for submission of the documents confirming the share capital contribution

Price does not include

  • contact person service (mandatory if the board of the company is located outside Estonia)–200 euros per 12 months
  • preparation of the documents for an additional founder/board member 
  • the postal and legal addresses of the company. The Client can choose one of the following options: 
    • unique legal address «Kreutzwaldi 4–7, office № …, Tallinn». The cost of renting a private office is from 350 euros per month + utility costs + VAT
    • unique legal address «Kreutzwaldi 4–7, workplace № …, Tallinn». The cost of renting a dedicated desk at the co-working space is 180 euros per month + VAT
    • legal address «Kreutzwaldi 4–7, Tallinn». The cost of renting a shared place at the co-working space is 99 euros + VAT
    • the postal address to be included in the Register indicates the location of the Company Board in the foreign country. The cost of the address is 200 euros per 12 months + VAT
  • hard copies of the notarised and apostilled corporate documents
  • communication with the foreign company’ provider of corporate services  
  • preparation and notarisation of the original corporate documents of the foreign legal person–founder in the legal person’s country 
  • sending documents to/from Estonia
  • translation of the documents, if required
  • bookkeeping
  • assistance in opening an account in a bank (from 1,000 euros) or payment system (500 euros)  
  • assistance in obtaining an Estonian VAT identification number: the cost of filing an application for registration of a VAT payer–300 euros 
  • assistance in obtaining a VAT identification number in another country–by request 

In the case of the non-monetary contribution

  • non-monetary items 
  • sending the original documents by post, if required 
  • preparing the documents for non-monetary contribution represented by real estate, car, or other property subject to registration 

In the case of the monetary contribution

  • share capital amount of 2,500 euros
  • opening an account for a natural person (200 euros) and a company (600 euros) in a payment system

What is required from the Client?

  • high-quality copies of identification documents of each board member and founder of the Estonian company in PDF or JPEG format 
  • contact details of each shareholder and member of the board of the Estonian company: telephone numbers, emails, addresses
  • notarised and apostilled declaration of consent to act as a Board member of the Estonian company
  • notarised and apostilled power of attorney from the director of the legal person–founder to represent the entity before a notary at company incorporation 
  • for the founders–legal persons: notarised corporate documents disclosing the ownership structure of the companies including their final beneficiaries, and proving the authorities of their representatives  
  • for the director of the foreign legal person: passport copy, proof of residency (Utility Bill), contact details (telephone number, email) 
  • for the final beneficiary of the legal person: passport copy, proof of residency (Utility Bill) contact details (telephone number, email)  
  • a copy of both sides of the e-Resident’s digi-ID card, if you have it 
  • a resume (СV)
  • contact details of the Estonian company for the Commercial Registry: telephone number, email  
  • information about beneficial owners of the Estonian company 
  • information about each shareholder’s stake
  • variants of the company name (three options in descending order of preference)
  • a brief description of the company’s field of activity  

In the case of non-monetary contribution:

  • information about assets, which will be contributed as the share capital 

In the case of monetary contribution:

  • transfer of the share capital amount from the personal account to the company account 
  • sending of the payment orders to a bank or a payment system according to Magrat’s instructions


After the incorporation and registration of your company in the Commercial Registry of Estonia you will receive the company’s constituent documents in digital form (PDF):

  • detailed extract from the Estonian Commercial Register in English
  • Articles of Association in Estonian


The registration process takes 5 business days from the submission of the application to the Commercial Registry. The time for preparing an application depends on how quickly the Client presents the required documents and information, wherein:

In the case of a non-monetary contribution

Preparation of the necessary package of the documents takes 1–2 business days upon receipt of the required information from the Client.

In the case of a monetary contribution

The time for issuing a capital contribution statement depends on the financial institutions and rarely exceeds 2 weeks. However, the procedure may take longer if a bank requests additional information from the Client.
